Samsung Reclaim-ed
August 6, 2009 by Kirin Knapp

When Sprint and Samsungs powers combine, we get Samsung Reclaim! Reclaim is their knew collaboration into a “green” phone. This phone is biodegradable, and “eco-conscious” according to the Miami Herald.
There has been a lot of thought put into this phone. The phone’s case is made partially of corn…
…and is a biodegradable plastic, with the technical features of any of today’s featured phones. Internet access, a full slide-out keyboard and, a camera with video recording, and GPS! There’s no reason to shy away from this phone, it has everything most of us need in a phone. It’s not lacking in the functional department. Sure, it’s not an iPhone or Blackberry, but not all of us need one of those.
Sprint has recently taken up a Green initiative, and hopes to have more eco-friendly products out, making it easier to recycle the countless number of cell phones passing through the hands of the public. A responsible decision most certainly. I commend their efforts! Other companies must be green with envy. :-p
